Matt came home late February 6th from his rotation in Dallas. The boys were so excited Saturday morning and have been ALL about Matt this entire week. Matt took the entire week off and we have been playing every day!
Parent fail. We took the boys to an arcade. Joshua was afraid of the whack-a-mole game. Both boys were terrified of this airplane ride we put them on. Yeah....
Comfort food from Cracker Barrel always makes me happy but really homesick. We had a Cracker Barrel across the street from us in Columbia. We would often eat their with my in-laws.
Park and shopping
Biggest treat for us all was a trip to The Great Wolf Lodge. The boys ran to this window while we checked in. They were so excited which was definitely contagious!

Water park! Both boys were fearless which was good for Joshua and slightly terrifying for me watching Nathan! The second day he even went down the little water slides solo! There aren't many pics here because really phones and cameras and water parks don't mix unless of course you aren't in charge of little ones.

It is Rodeo time in San Antonio! The rodeo here is not just a rodeo. There are tons of rides, exhibits, big name music groups, and more. The kids really enjoyed all of the kid friendly exhibits.

Two more weeks this month but we could not have any more fun and call it a good month. Monday is going to be hard since Matt is scheduled to be the late resident and he is scheduled to work the Saturday too. We are going to miss him after a week of playing!
